About Amanda Johnson

Amanda specializes in working with high-performing adults and teens who are driven, ambitious, and often overwhelmed. She supports professionals, executives, athletes, students, entrepreneurs, and others navigating high-pressure environments where stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, and trauma often coexist with perfectionism, black-and-white thinking, and mood or personality disorders.

Many of Amanda’s clients are used to operating at the highest level, but behind the scenes, they’re exhausted — struggling to keep it together, stuck in all-or-nothing thinking, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. Her work is about helping individuals pause, recalibrate, and reconnect, so they can show up fully in their lives — not just function, but truly thrive.

Amanda uses an integrative, personalized approach tailored to each client’s unique needs. Whether someone is looking for space to be heard, tools to find balance, or a deeper understanding of unhelpful patterns, she works collaboratively to address the root causes — not just the symptoms.
